Brief History
.
The FORUM is an organization of various political parties, which are neither represented in the current parliament or have five (5) civic elected leaders as per the last General Elections in Kenya.

The forum's political party members are at various stages of growth, structure and grassroot organization.

As a political block, the Forum has the potential to influence various political decisions and policies in this country.

It is in this sense that the Forum's leadership feels that time is ripe for the Forum member political parties to move in a specific direction towards a common unifying bond that will enable them realise the wishes of the majority of Kenyans.

Forum has 30 registered political party members.

Objectives
.

-Promote Multiparty Democracy and economic, social political Development in Kenya.

-Strengthen the capacity of FORUM to be effective in consolidation and securing Democratic Governance in Kenya

-Facilitate Forum political parties to develop and enforce building of participatory decision-making for sustenance of Democracy

-Promote teamwork among all Forum Members

-Facilitate, promote and enhance dialogue among FORUM political parties

-Participate in Presidential,Parliamentary and Civic elections in Kenya

-Assist its member parties to strengthen their internal capacity to effectively compete in Electoral Politics in Kenya

-Engage in advocacy and carry out civic education in order to create a level playing field for all political parties

-Acquire any movable, immovable properties and any buildings or things whatsoever and sell, dispose, mortgage, lease or otherwise deal with all or any part of the property or roghts for the Forum

-To enter into any arrangement with other institutions or authorities, public bodies corporations, companies or persons that may be conducive to the Forum\'s objectives

-train political party leaders and build sustainable democracy in kenya
